When most people are asked to name a city in Minnesota, the first thing that they will say is Minneapolis. And for some, it is actually the only city they can think of in this state that is known as much for its amazing natural beauty and the Minnesota Vikings , the NFL team based there, as it is for its largest and most prominent city of Minneapolis. However, the beauty of the city, frequently referred to as the city of lakes, and its incredible cultural features are what people fall in love with and continue to return to as a popular annual vacation destination. And people love the city for various reasons. The guests in any one of the Minneapolis boutique hotels are there for a number of reasons, and it can be difficult to determine who might be there and why.
This is one of the great aspects of this incredibly diverse and progressive city, which interestingly is not the state capital, though it is adjoined to it. Saint Paul is the state capital and neighbor of Minneapolis and together they are frequently referred to as the Twin Cities. Being located at the conflux of the Mississippi and Minnesota Rivers, this puts a unique relevance to the city that has existed with it since its origins. Another unique aspect of the city that is also of extreme social significance is the fact that it has been labeled the most literate of American cities , which is an impressive distinction. These are just a few of the distinguishing aspects of Minneapolis that don’t completely describe it but certainly introduce one to the nature of its cultural atmosphere and beauty.

Since I’m not a huge football fan, I don’t know much about the Vikings; however, Minnesota does have some amazing scenery. It is a great place to visit for those who love spending time outdoors.
