Hoping Canada ski vacations will get me snowbound again

It has been no less than 25 years since I’ve done any regular skiing. It was during my college years in the Bay Area of California that I was a regular on the slopes in Nevada, Truckee, Big Bear, and others. It was just so easy then. The relative cost was pretty cheap, and the time to get to most of those places was small because we were so close.
Last week a friend of mine was sharing his experiences after having taken a couple of Canada tours during the summer months. The interesting thing was that all the really groovy places they went to doubled as amazing winter sport destinations as well.
I had gotten away from skiing on a regular basis, mostly because I live in Arizona and the budget tended to go towards taking care of the family and household expenses. Because of all the glowing reports from my friend, however, I decided to check into Canada ski vacations. It was simply amazing what I learned.
Not only are there some phenomenally rated ski resorts in Canada, but they really appreciate the tourism. The relative values they are offering in places like British Columbia, Alberta and Quebec are enough for me to seriously consider finding room in my budget to have a nice winter ski holiday this year.
