		<description>most of the ones I've seen that have built-in countertop space were just metal. I've seen some with tile too but granite seems like it would be a good choice.</description>

		<description>Yeah, it doesn't sound like wood would hold up very well outdoors. If you're going to use it a lot, I'd definitely go with something more durable.</description>

		<description>Yes, granite is extremely durable, although I don't think I've ever heard anything about how it stands up under different weather conditions. I'm sure it would be fine. I know you can put hot pans on it without damaging it so that might make it useful to have outdoors.</description>
