Managing an apartment complex is an interesting job.  For the most part I love managing the property I live in but there are ups and downs to my job title.  I have gotten to know many of our residents and most of the time it feels like I am living amongst a community of friends.  However, the part of the job I am not fond of is reminding tenants of past due accounts.  Therefore, I wanted to find some team management software to help me organize this part of our business.  

I searched the internet and found several options before finally locating a program that was perfect for what I needed.  The group management software that I selected allows me to set up payment reminders for our tenants by e-mail and I don’t have to have an uncomfortable conversation until I really need to.  I have also been able to create an exciting calendar of events for our residents to get to know each other and I am able to post any important bulletins on the site.

The program has received a warm reception from our residents and has made my job much easier.  I keep finding new things on the site and I am really glad I found this program.
