Smart to Eat These, Eat Small and Eat More Often

Smart Cookies. Kind of sounds like smart bombs or smart lights, doesn’t it? Ooh, maybe they’re cookies that actually target fat cells and blows them up-or else they’re smart enough to know that you want to eat a hundred of them without getting fat so they have zero calories!
Not exactly. Smart Cookies are actually part of a Diet plan nowadays. It’s so much easier to be on the commercial diets nowadays than it used to be because they really try to appeal to what it is we’d really like to eat. Do you remember when all we had to look forward to on a diet was a piece of dry Roman Meal toast four times a week? Besides that, you got a lot of grapefruit and rabbit food, although I have to admit I was on one that allowed me to eat lamb once a week.
So the theory today is a lot of small meals is better than three big ones, and that people enjoy small portions as long as the food has a bit of a complicated flavor. I kind of like this small dose thing: I even have a book of exercises called “Eight Minutes in the Morning!”

The cookie diet does sound inviting. I like your idea of eating smaller meals through out the day. That helps to boost your metabolism. Dieting has become a nasty word, life style change sounds more plausible. Good luck!
