Finding The Right Diet

j0438867I am searching for the right diet. I am overweight and have a high body mass index. My doctor has told me that if I do not lose weight, the heart failure that I have been diagnosed with will only continue to worsen and it is likely to kill me. I am motivated to lose the weight, but am struggling to find the right plan to help me through it. Eating healthy, and controlling my body weight has not been something I have done well over the last years. I hate to exercise, too.

In my search for the right method to losing weight, I found the diet cookie. It seemed too good to be true as who wouldn’t want to spend all day eating cookies if they could lose weight. However, when I took a closer look, I found out this is a very well structured program, with more physician involvement than any that I have found in the past. This program really gives me hope because it looks like something I can do while still enjoying the quality of my life. The cookie weight loss plan is the route that I am taking. Of course, it still requires healthy eating habits and of course, exercise.

    You’re right, the cookie diet does offer an excellent level of doctor involvement! And your doctor will do a complete exam in order to rule out any hormonal factors that could be contributing to your weight. Good luck!

    The recipes on the Smart for Life diet look really amazing. And better yet, they use basic ingredients and look like a breeze to make. People usually think that it takes a lot of effort to eat a healthy diet, but this one looks really easy!

    I also love that you can make different things with the cookie bars themselves – the summer parfait sounds delicious. You could definitely be on this diet a long time without getting bored with the food.

    I know you said you hate to exercise, but “exercise” doesn’t have to mean going running or going to the gym. Just get out and move around and go for a walk. You really do need to burn more calories if you want to lose weight and be healthy.
