Finding a New Call Center

Working in a call center means working in an ever changing environment.  We are experiencing one of those changes right now as our facility is going to have to move due to structural problems with our building.  We were in need of assistance in getting the facility moved to a new location as quickly and efficiently as possible. We had been referred to a consulting company who handles call center start-up and were given a call center consulting team to aid us in this complicated process.

The have helped us locate a new building, as well as get it furnished and set-up.  Furthermore, they have helped to re-evaluate our processes for improved strategies with regards to forecasting and scheduling.  We worked with an inside sales staff to review our current processes and establish a new plan of action.  The sales consulting has helped us to re-establish our company goals and keep our perspective during all of these changes.

It was unexpected when we found ourselves in a position to leave our building but after having met with the consultants we are excited to have a fresh start.  Our business will be operating at its best due to this unforeseen change and we are looking forward to it.
