Monitoring lube oil in automobile machinery is important in making sure that the bearings and gears remain functional, so the flowmeter that is incorporated should be one that is specially designed to do so. The safest meter will be one that has an oil flow monitor that will keep track of the amount of liquid that is passing through and also making sure that there are no problems with the oil flow. Some meters are calibrated for a specific type of oil and are made of preselected materials specifically for the task of circulating the oil for lubrication purposes. It is possible to add an alarm switch for added security that will protect the machinery from any potential damage if the mass air flow or the oil flow gets too low. There are flowmeters with an indicator that will reveal potential problems before they damage the equipment triggering a shutdown of the automotive equipment. Having this type of flow measurement device will protect expensive parts and keep them running smoothly. When having an alarm switch installed, it will mean less down time within the facility and also more time for production.

Truck tool boxes haven’t always been around, but they have been popular for quite a few years now. In the past, people who owned trucks had to simply put their tool boxes in the back of their trucks. Now, that’s not quite necessary anymore because some smart person thought it would be a good idea to combine the two. Most people trace the first truck tool boxes back about twenty years, but that is dependent upon what your interpretation is.

The earliest truck tool boxes were found on work trucks of people like carpenters. They had trucks that had very funny looking tool boxes. At the time, it wasn’t normal for every person who owned a truck to just buy a box for the look of it. During the 1990s, truck tool boxes became much more common and more more affordable. Even trailer tongue utility boxes became much more popular during that time. Before that, most people chose to go with tool totes if they wanted to keep their valuables safe. These days, those are less common, but they are still very popular for people who need to move their tools from one truck to another truck in a short period of time.
