I’ll tell you this right now: I will do more than just what is in my job description if I know that I will get rewarded for it. The bare minimum is what is outlined for me, and that is what I feel I get paid to do. Reward me, and I’ll blow your mind!

Back when I was first getting started in business, I never would have dreamed that we would need to use all kinds of incentives just to get people to do their jobs. Pride in a job well done was a simple work ethic. Times have changed.

I guess I must be missing the big picture on the wellness program thing. As an employee, I guess I am not seeing the real incentive here. Unlike other programs that clearly benefit me, this one only benefits the employer. What am I missing here?

If my boss is going to tell me that if I do a better job then will going to give me more money, do you know what I am going to do? I’m going to do a better job!

I think that we all have experienced some sort of lull at one point or another when it comes to being motivated at work. If my boss told me that I would be rewarded based upon specific performance, I know that I would go out of my way to do great.

Sales incentive programs are the most effective way to get your employees motivated (that is if your business involves sales). It means that your employees have no choice but see instant results for a job either well or poorly done.

It is such a common thing for employees to start tiring or to get a little burned out. Keeping the fire lit is a tough job. The incentives listed here are really good ones to achieve this goal.
