How Can I Increase My Prices Without Loosing My Customers?

My business has been booming and I thrilled about the level of success I have seen since its initiation. However amidst all of the success I am realizing that my prices may be too low and that may be why we are so busy. Obviously, my business is not operating efficiently if my prices are too low so I appointed a service that carries out customer satisfaction surveys to determine if my consumers would continue to purchase if I increased my prices.
I would expect an obvious answer if a customer were directly asked if they would continue to buy if prices were raised and that is why this company is uniquely trained to organize these customer surveys so they acquire the information without asking the question so directly. Furthermore, the analysis has helped me to identify other areas of my business through a specific customer service survey tailored to my business.
I am hopeful that the results concluded from their research will help me to find the appropriate way to increase my prices without loosing my customer base. It is important to me that we continue to deliver a value but at a fair price.
